How long does it take to get my order? Cutoff time for packages to be shipped the same day are: UPS orders 2pm EST, USPS 11am EST. There are always exceptions to these times, text us at 385-429-5979 if you have any questions.

Why does my order say awaiting payment? Orders stay in "awaiting payment" status until the payment is captured (typically right before the product is shipped).
