We can tint this product to Ralph Lauren colors. We recommend painting wall to wall on areas that need touch ups because there can be slight differences in sheen and texture between the two manufacturers.
Custom colors are available with a $20 custom fee per color on first order of said color.
Here's what you'll need for your brushed suede project:
Base Coat: A flat wall paint in the desired color
Topcoat: GranitePaint Suede
Tools: Paint trays and liners, 2" paint brush, mini roller (foam or 1/2" nap roller cover), 9" roller (foam or 1/2" nap roller cover), and frame, 4" synthetic bristle brush
Application Instructions
Step 1: Before painting, make sure walls are clean dull and dry.
Tip: Applying a coordinating base coat color in a flat finish will aid in coverage.
Step 2: Pour Suede into a paint tray. Starting at the top corner of the wall, generously cut in 18" strips across the ceiling edge and down the corner with a brush. Texture the wet paint by rolling over it with the mini roller.
Tip: Before the first stroke, load roller with paint, then roll it off on newspaper until roller is almost dry. Priming the roller makes it ideal for texturing and won't remove the brushed-on paint.
Step 3: Using the 9" roller, apply Suede to the 18" x 18" area that has been cut in. Continue to cut in and roll 18" sections all the way down the wall, reloading the roller for each section. When the column is complete, follow with a light ceiling-to-floor sweep without reloading the roller. Repeat process across the entire wall. Allow 4 hours to dry. It is normal for the first coat to look somewhat uneven. This will be corrected with the second coat.
Step 4: Apply the second coat of Suede with a 4" synthetic bristle brush in a crisscross pattern of overlapping X's over the entire surface. Use large sweeping motions and blend to create an irregular, mottled appearance. Avoid making small, well-defined X's. When dry, your wall will have the appearance of soft, hand-brushed suede.

Suede Paint
I am very happy with the color and texture of the suede paint. Will highly recommend Granite Paint to anyone with an older home with imperfect walls that the suede paint can make beautiful.

Sample packs
You should consider doing Small samples of your colors. We could not able to find a satisfactory color to match what was existing. We ended up blending the 2 colors for a base coat of Swede paint and using standard later interior paint for the final coat. Smal sample packets would have helped. Probably won’t have to match any Swede paint for a long time. Just to let you know

Great Paint, Great Service
Looked online for Ralph Lauren's suede paint, and came across Granite Paint.com. It is a discontinued paint, but they were making a product similar. I needed the paint fast as I was repainting a bedroom and the furniture was arriving in a few days. They shipped out the product next day air (it cost more) and I went to work! I felt a little uncomfortable sending money for the shipping as I only spoke with them via chat and text, but they are on the up and up! Will definitely use again.

Suede Paint
Was searching the internet for Ralph Lauren Suede paint only to find out its been discontinued. Found a sight called Granitepaint.com that can mix the RL suede from original color chips they had. Figured I'd give it a try. Service at Granite paint is very fast and professional. Between time order was placed and paint showed up was 3 days. Not bad at all. Reasonable shipping rate and considering it is a custom blended paint the price per gallon was good to. I did notice that the paint was a pretty good match but did not have the sand in it for the texture. Color was just ever so slightly different but my walls were done 18 years ago so I can't fully make a good judgement due to fade etc of aged paint on my walls. Overall only I am able to tell the slight variation and the average person walking into my house would never see it. Service though at Granite Paint is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Thanks!!!

Suede Paint
We got this paint to make touch-ups in two rooms that we had painted with Ralph Lauren Suede Paint. Once we "feathered in" the touch up, it was an excellent match. We had two different colors. Both were well matched. So glad - we didn't have to repaint either room.

Great service, great product
I ordered the paint, requesting a color match to the Desert Plateau Ralph Lauren suede i applied to my walls 14 years ago. The paint arrived within a few days. I just painted my renovation yesterday, and the match looks excellent! Thank you very much! I have two other RL suede colors in my house, and I'd definitely do business again.
