Shipping Protection Program Policy
Overview
Our Shipping Protection Program ensures peace of mind for our customers by offering coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. By opting into this program, you can shop with confidence knowing that your orders are protected from unforeseen issues during transit.
Eligibility
- Opt-In Requirement: Customers must select the Shipping Protection option at checkout to be eligible for coverage under this program.
- Coverage Scope: The program covers:
- Lost Packages: If the tracking information indicates the package is not delivered within 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international).
- Damaged Packages: If the package arrives with significant physical damage affecting the product(s) inside. (Dented gallon or quart cans do not qualify as damaged).
Exclusions
The following are not covered under the Shipping Protection Program:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer errors at checkout.
- Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the functionality of the product.
- Issues reported beyond the claim window (see “Claim Filing” section).
Claim Filing
To file a claim, follow these steps:
- Report the Issue: Notify our support team within:
- 14 days of the original delivery date for damaged packages.
- 30 days from the shipping date for lost packages.
- Provide Documentation:
- Order confirmation or receipt.
- Photos of damaged packaging/products (if applicable).
- Any relevant correspondence or tracking information.
- Claim Review: Claims are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days. Additional documentation may be requested.
Resolution Options
Once your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: A new product will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Refund: The cost of the item(s) and shipping will be refunded.
- Store Credit: A credit will be issued for future purchases.
Fees
A nominal fee for Shipping Protection will be calculated at checkout based on your order value. This fee is non-refundable, even if a claim is not filed.
